Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Uptime Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with internal client departments and dealerships via telephone, email, and case management software
  • Manage cases and track interactions required for specific repairs to reduce downtime
  • Provide timely solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years
  • Familiarity with various work processes and activities through job-related training and experience
  • Ability to work shifts during specified hours of operation
  • Reliable internet setup with a wired connection; wireless and satellite connections are not supported
  • Must be a Michigan resident and have a distraction-free work environment
