Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Uptime Advocate (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dealers with critical orders, products, services, and inquiries
  • Manage case records, including logging calls and updating dealer orders
  • Provide timely solutions through various communication channels while enhancing customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree plus 6 years, or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience
  • Basic automotive knowledge and case handling skills
  • Familiarity with various work processes through job-related training and experience
  • Must be available for shifts between Monday to Saturday during specified hours
  • Must have a reliable wired internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
