Job Summary
As a remote Auto Uptime Advocate, the position will assist dealers with critical orders and customer inquiries, focusing on case management and customer satisfaction in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with dealerships and internal departments via phone, email, and case management software
- Manage and update cases related to part orders and customer interactions to reduce downtime
- Provide timely solutions and maintain positive communication with customers through various channels
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 8 years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or an associate degree with 6 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
- Basic automotive knowledge and case handling skills
- Ability to work autonomously and generate innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with various work processes
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends
