• Facilitate training on product information, processes, and technical AutoCAD workflows
• Coordinate with departments to create systems credentials and conduct new hire orientations
• Administer assessments and participate in production activities to maintain technical expertise

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in AutoCAD, particularly in the Solar or Construction industry
• Ability to facilitate training for both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong understanding of solar layouts and jurisdictional design standards
• Capability to learn and teach multiple workstreams across the account
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
