Automated Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Automated Test Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting software tests, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across various information systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to validate software functionality and performance
• Lead testing efforts and document results while collaborating with project stakeholders to address issues and improve processes
• Utilize programming skills and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy across multiple projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of software testing experience
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium and JUnit
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and defect tracking systems like JIRA
