Automated Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Automated Test Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting tests on IT systems, and documenting results to ensure high-quality deliverables meet organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
• Lead testing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper operation and defect-free products
• Document test results, analyze issues, and report progress on problem resolution to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
