Automated Test Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced in software testing, the full-time Automated Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure high-quality deliverables for information systems, working remotely and requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance
- Conduct testing and verification activities on IT systems, documenting results and collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve issues
- Utilize test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
