Automated Test Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Automated Test Engineer (ATE) for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, writing test cases, and performing software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables across various IT systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Conduct tests and lead verification activities to ensure software functionality and defect-free operation
- Document and communicate test results, support issue resolution, and create daily test metrics and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
