Automated Test Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a talented Automated Test Engineer (ATE) for a full-time remote position, this role involves developing and executing test plans, writing test cases and scripts, and leading tests to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
- Lead testing efforts, document results, and support the resolution of identified issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and methodologies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
