Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using languages like Java, C++, or Python
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and define key quality metrics for stakeholder reporting
Oversee the QA team, managing tasks, performance reviews, and professional development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
2+ years in a Lead or Senior role, managing and mentoring QA engineers
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and source control
