Automation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives through process analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and assess automation opportunities
• Conduct detailed process analysis and document business processes for automation
• Support RPA development by assisting in the creation of Process Design Documents and automation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Entry-level position; experience in process analysis or business analysis is advantageous
• Exposure to automation technologies or RPA platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of RPA tools and technologies is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and requirements clearly
