Automation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives through process analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and assess automation opportunities
• Conduct process analysis and document requirements for automation
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation projects and support RPA bot configuration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Entry-level position; experience in process analysis or business analysis is advantageous
• Exposure to automation technologies or RPA platforms is a plus
• Technical aptitude and interest in learning new software and technologies
• Basic understanding of RPA tools is beneficial but not required
