Automation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Supervision Performance & Automation team, the full-time Automation Analyst will assist in delivering automated workflows using Alteryx to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across various projects and initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessments and support solution design for process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing methods to leverage data aggregation tools and automated workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
