Automation and AI Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the next phase of IT Service Management transformation, the contract-to-hire Automation and AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions remotely, focusing on improving service delivery and enhancing employee experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with IT leadership to define and execute the IT service management automation roadmap
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows for incident management and service operations
- Develop integrations across ITSM, productivity, and business application platforms to automate data synchronization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or ITSM engineering
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar workflow automation platforms
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment Management
