Automation and AI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation, Integration & AI Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of Sales workflow and tech stack, identifying inefficiencies and architecting automations
• Extend automation efforts to Recruiting, Operations, and Delivery, standardizing high-volume processes
• Integrate tools and build dashboards to track KPIs across functions, ensuring data flow and performance visibility

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in RevOps, TechOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or similar roles focused on automation and system integration
• Strong command of tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, Node.js preferred)
• Familiarity with sales outreach tools and recruiting systems is a plus
• Experience with AI tools or interest in operationalizing them across functions is a significant advantage
