Automation and AI Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated full-time Automation and AI Specialist, the AI Lab Lead will design and develop innovative automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline the configuration of the Mortgage Cadence Platform while collaborating closely with various teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI- and automation-driven solutions for rapid configuration of the Mortgage Cadence Platform
• Leverage Large Language Models to interpret client documentation and generate configuration outputs
• Build and optimize automated workflows using platforms like n8n and Power Automate to streamline implementation tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in automation, AI/ML, or software development
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Zapier)
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT or Claude
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration concepts
