Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Builder to join their remote Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver automation and integration templates using no-code tools
• Create end-to-end automation solutions for IT service management workflows
• Develop documentation and training materials to support template usage and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation or integration platforms
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Experience with ITSM platforms or related industry certifications is highly preferred
