Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct workshops with subject matter experts to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
Lead a small team of business analysts, providing guidance and oversight for project execution
Collaborate with the internal RPA development team to ensure accurate requirement mapping for automation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in RPA business process analysis and documentation
Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Prior functional experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
Experience with workflow documentation tools like Visio
