Automation Deployment Leader

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end build, integration, and commissioning of automation solutions, the full-time remote Automation Deployment Leader will coordinate project execution, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate build, integration, and commissioning activities for automation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Lead the development of project scope, schedules, and integration requirements while collaborating with system integrators and internal teams
• Manage risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle, tracking performance against KPIs and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Expertise in managing large, complex automation projects from design through commissioning
• In-depth knowledge of automation architectures, safety standards, and cybersecurity requirements in industrial settings
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
