Job Summary
Managing automation projects remotely, the full-time Automation Deployment Leader will coordinate build, integration, and commissioning activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while driving all aspects of automation deployment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate build, integration, and commissioning activities for automation projects
- Lead the development of project scope, schedules, deliverables, and integration requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safety and cyber standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 10+ years of experience
- Expert in managing large, complex automation projects from design through commissioning
- Strong knowledge of automation architectures, safety standards, and cybersecurity requirements
- Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
