Automation Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Automation Developer will lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation solutions, collaborating closely with various teams to optimize business processes using technologies such as .NET, Angular, and Python.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize emerging and existing technologies to enhance and automate business workflows
- Analyze and refine business processes while implementing impactful automation solutions using Agile methodologies
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
- Extensive expertise in .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, and related technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Automation and Business Process Management tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
- Prior experience with AI, GenAI, ML, or similar technologies is a plus
