Job Summary
Leading a team of automation developers, the full-time Automation Developer Team Lead will develop and maintain automation solutions, provide technical guidance, and serve as a key advisor for clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize automation tools to build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable automation solutions while minimizing downtime
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and facilitating training on automation technologies
- Support client engagements by providing technical oversight and contributing to the development of automation-related educational content
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Demonstrated experience in building with LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and/or C# for integration and custom component development
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration patterns
- Experience in Revenue Cycle and/or healthcare-related industries
