Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Engineer to execute the site Automation Strategy and provide expertise in pharmaceutical automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of automation technologies and lead high-value automation projects
• Interface with key site functions to ensure technology designs deliver benefits and manage automation group requests
• Provide training and support for onsite users and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Instrumentation, Controls, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience delivering automation technology within the pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on programming and troubleshooting experience for automation and IT systems
• Experience with SCADA, MES integration, or industrial communications
• Ability to interface with operational and senior management within the organization
