Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Engineer (Financial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations for manual financial operations including sales tax filings and reconciliations
• Design workflows using browser automation and AI-assisted decision logic
• Investigate failures in automated workflows and implement fixes to improve reliability

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building or maintaining automation systems or workflow-driven software
• Strong debugging and systems thinking skills
• Familiarity with browser automation tools or workflow/orchestration systems
• Ability to reason about data correctness and failure modes
• Comfortable learning new internal tools and adapting to evolving systems
