Job Summary
Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time remote Automation Engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain technical automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and workflow execution across the OMEGA program.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation workflows and technical solutions supporting priority automation initiatives
- Design and implement automation capabilities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort
- Integrate program data sources and operational artifacts to support automation solutions and decision-support workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and applications
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
