Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time remote Automation Engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain technical automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and workflow execution across the OMEGA program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows and technical solutions supporting priority automation initiatives
• Design and implement automation capabilities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort
• Integrate program data sources and operational artifacts to support automation solutions and decision-support workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and applications
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
