Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Embedded within Finance teams, the contract Automation Engineer will take full ownership of AI-enabled workflow automation projects, from design to deployment, while working remotely to solve operational problems across various Finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, from initial design to production release
- Translate Finance requirements into technical solutions and guide stakeholders on implementation
- Implement governance and compliance measures to ensure solutions meet enterprise control requirements
Required qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and API development
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and intelligent automation frameworks
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns
- Understanding of enterprise controls and audit requirements
- Proven ability to operate in time-sensitive environments with a reliability mindset
