Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Hybrid Automation Leader will manage the development of automated month-end close processes for clients, ensuring scalable and efficient delivery while collaborating closely with accounting teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in scoping, sequencing, and delivering automated month-end close pipelines from ERP extraction to posted journal entries
- Own delivery relationships with client accounting teams, developing a thorough understanding of their close requirements and processes
- Drive the transition from bespoke client automation to reusable platform capabilities by identifying configurable workflows for future engagements
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience in consulting, advisory, or related professional services with progressive leadership responsibility
- Experience leading and developing a small engineering or automation team while managing multiple client deliveries
- Proven track record in designing and delivering SQL-based data transformation and financial-process automation solutions
