Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute an automation roadmap to improve scalability and operational efficiency
• Build and govern automation workflows and repositories to support quality and repeatability
• Deliver pilot workflows and service models that can scale into repeatable delivery solutions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience in process automation and governance of automation workflows
• Advanced capability in workflow mapping and optimisation with measurable operational improvements
• Experience building and maintaining reporting and data visualisation frameworks
• Working knowledge of tooling integration across JIRA, Confluence, and automation platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing operational support functions
