Automation Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Operations Analyst to provide operational support within an automation Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ticketing workflows and manage queue coordination
• Pull job logs and maintain bot inventory while assembling data packages for review
• Document architecture standards and maintain runbooks and deployment guides

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow workflow configuration and administration
• 2+ years in IT operations, help desk management, or automation operations
• Strong documentation skills for runbooks and process documentation
• Experience in pulling and organizing reports from enterprise platforms
• Ability to coordinate with offshore teams across time zones
