Automation Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the sales leadership team, the full-time remote Automation Operations Associate will streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance data quality while collaborating on CRM and revenue systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales leadership by evaluating inbound leads and organizing meetings
• Maintain HubSpot data quality, workflows, and reporting for effective pipeline management
• Design and implement automations to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity

Required qualifications

• Entry level to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with CRM systems and automation/workflow platforms
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
