Automation Product Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for the end-to-end success of a chemical dispensing automation portfolio, the full-time Automation Product Manager will manage product strategy, delivery, and commercialization efforts while working remotely to drive customer engagement and business value through data-driven insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own automation portfolio strategy, roadmap, and project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution through Agile methodologies
• Lead pilot programs and field testing to validate product usability and drive adoption across target customers
• Develop and maintain the product business case, managing project budgets and tracking key performance metrics for value realization

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of project/product management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial) or an MBA with extensive business management experience
• Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and drive commercial focus in product development
• Strong ownership mindset with a customer-centric and data-driven approach to decision-making
