Automation QA Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic offshore QA team, the full-time Automation QA Engineer will focus on manual and automated testing of Java, Python, and .NET applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery while working remotely from India.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute detailed test cases and plans, performing functional and regression testing across various applications
• Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, analyzing test results and managing defects using Jira
• Participate in early requirements reviews to identify gaps and ensure testability before development begins

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and regression coverage
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, and RestAssured
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines
• Ability to provide daily written status updates and communicate effectively across time zones
• Minimum 2-4 hours of daily overlap with the US Central Time zone required
