Automation QA Engineer

Job Summary

Combining manual and automated testing, the full-time remote General Automation QA Engineer will write and maintain automated tests, perform manual testing, and provide feedback on test coverage while collaborating with QA and engineering teams to enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, integration, and API tests
• Write, maintain, and improve automated tests using PHP and Codeception
• Review tests created by developers and provide recommendations to improve test quality and coverage

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in test automation
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation using PHP
• Experience with automation frameworks and manual functional testing
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Experience with tools like ClickUp, Qase, and Allure for test management and reporting
