Automation Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Automation Software Test Engineer will design, develop, and operate cloud-based products for enterprise-wide use, focusing on test automation using tools like Selenium and API testing frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop system test automation scripts using Selenium, Jest, and Cucumber
• Support test automation solution planning and perform detailed test designs for integration across distributed systems
• Build performance testing frameworks and collaborate with development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot performance issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain Federal Government Public Trust clearance
• 10+ years of full-lifecycle application development experience, including 3+ years with relevant technologies and AWS cloud platform
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Selenium Grid/WebDriver and API testing tools like RestAssured/Karate
• Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodologies
