Automation Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the scaling of AI-enabled business process automation, the full-time remote Automation Solutions Analyst will manage complex workstreams, translating operational needs into practical automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end workstreams from process discovery to solution deployment and iteration
• Translate business challenges into technical workflow designs, focusing on automation and AI integration
• Collaborate with business teams and technical counterparts to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation roles
• Experience with AI workflow platforms or intelligent automation frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with low-code automation platforms and familiarity with process mapping methodologies
