Automation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Specialist to enhance automation and testing efforts for applications within the Atlassian framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to design an effective automation strategy for testing applications
• Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for frontend and backend components
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and maintain the test automation framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience in scripting and programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Expertise in testing applications within the Atlassian framework, specifically Jira and Confluence integration
