Job Summary
To optimize lead generation and scale business development efforts, the remote Automation Specialist will design, implement, and manage a fully automated sales engine while working closely with the Business Development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows for lead generation and sales tracking
- Identify and integrate CRM and sales automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Automate email campaigns, proposal generation, and reporting for the business development team
Required qualifications:
- Full-time availability (9AM-5PM CT)
- Expertise in Google Sheets, Zapier, and ChatGPT
- Experience with tools such as browse.ai, Clay.io, Pipedrive, Airtable, Make.com, HubSpot CRM, and Apollo.io
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to develop automation solutions
- Experience working with ecommerce agencies
