Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance business operations and customer experiences, the full-time remote Automation Specialist will design, build, and optimize workflows and automation systems within the GoHighLevel platform, requiring strong technical skills and a deep understanding of CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automation systems
• Create and manage CRM pipelines, triggers, campaigns, forms, surveys, calendars, and reporting dashboards
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or as a Full Stack Developer
• Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or Pabbly
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend concepts is a plus
