Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing health and wellness e-commerce company, the full-time Automation Specialist will design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and automation systems remotely, focusing on streamlining operations and generating actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems
• Develop AI agents using LLMs and automate reporting by integrating data from multiple platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, or similar)
• Strong Python programming skills, including API authentication and JSON processing
• Experience working with REST APIs and webhook integrations
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of security best practices for API keys and customer data
