Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Strategist to join their Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in developing their automation strategy and advise on best practices
• Identify and deploy high-value automation use cases and translate business problems into orchestration strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS roles such as customer success, consulting, or enterprise product strategy
• Ability to connect business goals to product solutions and communicate automation value effectively
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement across various audiences
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
• Proven ability to build frameworks that scale across diverse customer needs
