Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Automation & Systems Specialist to work remotely in a full-time capacity, focusing on enhancing HubSpot workflows, automations, and operational efficiency within the Coaching department.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and improving HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems
• Building and optimizing pipelines, sequences, forms, and dashboards
• Streamlining operational processes and improving member communication workflows

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build and improve systems
• Experience with automation tools or integrations is a significant plus
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
