Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain automation systems, focusing on RPA bots for high performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues, conducting root cause analyses
- Design, code, and test automation workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in development, operations, or technical support in RPA and Automation technologies
- Proficient in automation tools and technologies, including RPA platforms
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools for deploying and managing automation pipelines
