Automation Test Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automation Test Engineer to build automated tests and ensure quality across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive testing across API/integration layers and end-to-end workflows
- Identify systemic risks and recommend improvements for reliability and accuracy
- Convert manual smoke tests into automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in test automation for frontend and backend/cloud-based services
- Strong experience with Playwright for E2E and UI testing
- Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and integration points
- Experience with test case management tools like TestRail
- Ability to identify gaps in observability and improve system confidence
