Automation Test Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer for a remote, full-time position focused on designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, developing automated test scripts, and executing regression testing to drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable automation frameworks and comprehensive automated test suites
- Develop, maintain, and debug automated test scripts while executing automated regression testing and analyzing test results
- Collaborate with development, QA, and technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in test automation framework design and development
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber/BDD, and REST Assured
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor for test automation and code generation
