Automation Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automated testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple applications and teams
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for various testing types and integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows
• Mentor QA engineers and track key quality metrics, while identifying quality risks and promoting shift-left testing practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience, with 3+ years in a lead or senior automation testing role
• Experience building automated testing solutions for enterprise applications and with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright
• Strong experience with API testing tools and programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows using platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
