Automation Workflow Assistant
Job Summary
To support a growing Systems & Automation team, the part-time contractor Automation Workflow Assistant will assist in designing and testing automation workflows, maintain documentation, and prepare reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing, building, and testing automation workflows under the Automation Lead
- Write and maintain lightweight scripts for internal tools, data processing, and task automation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports by compiling data and flagging anomalies
Required qualifications
- Basic to intermediate programming skills, preferably in Python; knowledge of JavaScript or Bash is a plus
- At least one completed AI certification relevant to agentic workflows or AI orchestration
- Demonstrable understanding of agentic AI workflows, including agents, tools, and orchestration
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting
