Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Automotive Case Management Specialist will respond to escalated automotive-related inquiries, resolve customer issues using standardized processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to escalated automotive-related product questions and concerns promptly
  • Resolve customer inquiries by referencing an internal knowledge base and following standardized processes
  • Communicate with customers and coordinate with other departments to support customer escalations effectively
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age
  • Knowledge of automotive systems or a strong enthusiasm for automobiles
  • Prior experience in customer service or case management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and operating multiple applications simultaneously
