Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Automotive Case Management Specialist will respond to escalated automotive-related inquiries, resolve customer issues using standardized processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated automotive-related product questions and concerns promptly
- Resolve customer inquiries by referencing an internal knowledge base and following standardized processes
- Communicate with customers and coordinate with other departments to support customer escalations effectively
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of automotive systems or a strong enthusiasm for automobiles
- Prior experience in customer service or case management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and operating multiple applications simultaneously
