Automotive Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Claims Adjuster to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage
• Authorize claims and manage a high volume of inbound calls
• Process and complete all paperwork according to established procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor
• Experience using various modern computer systems and software applications
• Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction
• Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is preferred
• Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred
