Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Automotive Claims Customer Service Specialist will manage phone and email inquiries, provide information on vehicle service contract coverage, and assist the Claims Adjudication Department with documentation and workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze vehicle service contracts and claims systems to advise customers on benefit amounts
- Request and distribute internal information to support the Claims Adjudication Department
- Respond to inquiries and explain contract coverage and claims processes to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Automotive service department experience preferred, including roles such as Warranty Administrators or Service Writers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
