Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update equipment registrations
- Provide Pre-Authorization for specific automotive components
- Support OEM Dealers with inquiries related to technical automotive repairs
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the working mechanics of motors and transmissions
- Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
- Vehicle warranty knowledge and ASE certification are a plus
